The Lomas family of Davidson won Baker Residential's Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus "Best of Both Worlds" ticket drawing. Father Brian, mother Beth, and daughters, Jasmine,11, and Hailey, 9, attended the sold-out concert November 27th at Charlotte Bobcats Arena. At the suggestion of sales representative, Kip Moore, the Lomas family entered the drawing at Baker's Peach Orchard Estates community in Harrisburg. The family is considering buying a home in the community, praising Baker's homes for their attractive features and the neighborhood for its location and preservation of trees on the home sites.

The "Best of Both Worlds" tour, starring 15-year-old Miley Cyrus and her Disney channel alter ego, Hannah Montana, was one of 2007's hottest concert tickets. The Lomas family tried to purchase tickets, but was unsuccessful as tickets to the Charlotte show sold out in eight minutes. "Baker Residential was very excited that Jasmine and Hailey and their parents had the opportunity to see the Hannah Montana concert," said Jim Gaiser, division president for Baker Residential of the Carolinas.
