Meritage Homes, one of the nation's leading builders, is now open in the master-planned community of Lakes of La Cima in Prosper. New home construction is currently underway, and the new model home is now open.
As Prosper's premier master-planned community, Lakes of La Cima features 23 acres of greenbelts and park areas, including five lakes, high-and-bike trails, and mature trees. The Amenity Center, which is already open, features a lagoon-style pool, water spray park, and playgrounds. Also on-site is the Exemplary-rated Folsom Elementary School, part of the Prosper Independent School District. Meritage Homes is planning on building 67 homes in Lakes of La Cima, with prices projected to range from the $280s to the $380s. The community is located just north of Highway 380 off La Cima Boulevard, between Preston and Coit.
